To put a Santa Claus for hire in Allegheny County on a Tuesday night in Lawrenceville or a Saturday in Mt. Lebanon, call or send the form on this page.
Call (412) 945-6270 with the date, the address, and how long you want Santa on site.
What to Have Ready When You Call
The date. The neighborhood. The start window. Whether children will sit, whether gifts will be handed out, and whether you want the natural beard or the traditional (non-real-beard) Santa. The traditional look is the lower-cost option. If a venue needs a certificate of insurance, say so on the first call. We are insured and we send the COI.
A santa booking for a house in Squirrel Hill is a different briefing than a hotel Downtown or a gym in Bethel Park. Tell us which one you have. Gate codes, freight elevators, and the name of the person at the door belong in that first message, not a text at 4 p.m. on the day.
Request a Booking, Then Hold the Clock
The form below is the same request we take by phone. Use it once. Do not send it three times. If the date is still a maybe, say that; a maybe does not hold a performer through the Saturday before Christmas. Early December weeknights in Fox Chapel, Cranberry Township, and the North Hills are easier to lock.
City halls, boroughs, and townships can use this same contact path for tree lightings and community Christmas nights.
If You Are Still Choosing a Service
A living-room hour is Santa home visits. A timed office or hotel visit is corporate party Santa. Read those pages first if you do not yet know which clock you need. Contact is for the date, not for browsing.
For pricing, call with the date and the neighborhood. Shadyside, Sewickley, Monroeville, Upper St. Clair, and the Strip District all reach this desk on the same number.
If you are booking for a township Christmas or a city hall tree lighting, say municipal on the call so we send the COI paperwork with the quote. If you are booking a daycare in Bethel Park, say how many children and whether parents stay in the room. Santa Claus for hire in Allegheny County is still one performer on one clock until you add Mrs. Claus or elves. Use the form or the phone — one path so the date is entered once.
Sewickley, Fox Chapel, and the North Hills reach this number the same day as Downtown. Have the address and the start window ready so we can hold the clock. For pricing, call once the date is real.
