Office parties are the busiest stretch of our Santa for hire in Pittsburgh calendar: a corporate Santa in a lobby Downtown, a warehouse in Lawrenceville, a hotel ballroom that needs a hard out.
Call (412) 945-6270 with the date, the venue, and the time Santa has to be off the floor.

What a Corporate Santa Actually Does
A corporate Santa is not a house call with a bigger tree. He arrives in character, greets the planner or the GM, and works the room you reserved: photos, a short walk-through of tables, and a clean exit. If you want a photo line, say so. If you want him to stay at a chair, say that. Mixing both without a clock is how the last department never gets a picture.
Hotels Downtown, restaurants in the Strip District, and offices in West Homestead all work. Give us load-in, parking, and the name of the person at the door. We are insured. Venues that ask for a certificate of insurance get the COI before the night, not after a security desk stalls the elevator.
Santa for an Office Party or a Hotel
Hire Santa for a company Christmas party the same way you hire any other timed performer. The traditional (non-real-beard) Santa is the lower-cost option for a large room where cameras stay back. If executives want close portraits, ask for the natural beard on the same call. A hotel Santa booking still needs a green room or a quiet hall so he does not walk through the kitchen in costume unless you want that bit.
Nutcracker soldiers, Mrs. Claus, and elves are add-ons. They do not replace the corporate Santa. If the party is adults-only, tell us. If children of staff will be there, tell us that too so the talk stays right for the room.

The Photo Chair Inside the Party
A throne in the corner only helps if someone is directing the line. Put the chair where the backdrop is already lit. Keep drinks off the seat. If you also want a separate Santa photos hour before dinner, book that window on the same date so Santa is not eating cake in costume when the CEO wants a picture.
City halls, boroughs, and townships book a corporate-style visit for tree lightings and municipal Christmas nights. The briefing is the same: arrival, photos, out.
How to Brief the Night
Send the run-of-show, the load-in door, and a cell that will answer. If the party is in Cranberry Township or the North Hills, say so; highway time is part of the clock, not a surprise. For a quieter living-room night instead of a ballroom, look at Santa home visits.
The quote comes after we know the date and the room. For pricing, call. Early December weeknights hold longer than the Friday before Christmas.
