These terms govern use of hiresantapittsburgh.com and Santa bookings made by phone at Call (412) 945-6270 or through the site form.
The booking
A date is not held until we confirm it. Quotes depend on the date, the location, the length of the visit, and whether you want a traditional (non-real-beard) Santa or a natural beard. The traditional look is the lower-cost option.
Your event
You are responsible for a safe place to work, a person to meet the performer, and any venue rules, including a certificate of insurance if the building requires one. We can provide a COI on request. We are insured.
Cancellations and changes
Call as soon as a date moves. Weather, venue shutdowns, and illness are handled on the call, not by a form letter on this page. Do not post a performer to a guest list until we have confirmed the window.
The website
Copy and photos on this site are for describing services. Photos are from real events and are not labeled as a specific Pittsburgh venue. Do not copy them for your own ads.For pricing, call.
